Effortless and No Guilt BBQ Chicken
This recipe is super easy to make and also gluten free, sugar free, and low carb! I make it twice a week, sometimes even more! It goes great with cauliflower rice, sweet potatoes, and any greens! Since we’re going to be using a foil-lined baking dish, cleaning up is also a breeze!

Ingredients for effortless and no guilt BBQ chicken
- 1.25 lb. package of boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups G Hughes Hickory BBQ Sauce
- Salt (optional)
Directions for effortless and no guilt BBQ chicken
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- As the oven is preheating, cut off any excess fat from the chicken thighs.
- In a tin-foiled lined baking dish, place the chicken thighs. You can add a little salt to season the chicken if you want.
- Make sure your hands are clean and massage the olive oil all over the chicken.
- Take 1 cup of the BBQ sauce and also massage it all over the chicken.
- Place chicken in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Take chicken out of the oven and pour the remaining 1 cup of bbq sauce over the chicken.
- Put the chicken back in the oven and cook for another 20-25 minutes, until the outside of the chicken looks crispy brown and has an internal temperature of 165 F.
