Keto Brownie Batter Shake Hack
I don’t know what’s with me, but I get nauseous a lot. I know it originally was because I was on Metformin, but I haven’t taken Metformin in months. I still get nauseous randomly throughout the day and when I get that feeling, even just the thought of food makes me want to throw up. I still have to make sure I eat and get nourishment though, and I love a smoothie or shake to hold me over when I start getting the nauseous feeling.
I try to stick to a Keto diet, and Slimfast makes powder to use for shakes and it’s quite great. The directions say to add cold water to two scoops of the powder and you can shake or blend it.
But that’s boring.
Here is my special brownie batter shake that is still keto, but so much more special. My secret - I use almond milk and sugar-free chocolate chips. In the blender, the chocolate chips end up like the yummy chocolate curly crunchies from Starbucks!
Enjoy and send me pictures of how your shake comes out!
