    Telling your family, friends, intimate partners, workplace, school, or anyone else about your HS diagnosis and the challenges associated with living with a chronic condition can be scary. What are your fears? What are your triumphs? What advice would you give to your fellow HS warrior?

    Finding a workout plan that works for you can be challenging, especially living with chronic pain. Have you found an exercise program that works for you? Do you have a journey with weight loss that you want to share with the community?

    Food can be medicine for so many of us. Have you found foods or a diet that helps you manage your HS? Share what has/has not worked for you.
