Breaking out while on meds
My diagnosis is about a year old. My Dr and I have diuretics, steroids, antibiotics, etc. I still break out on even antibiotics. I see a dermatologist this week. I'm hoping for some answers, but am very frustrated and feel defeated.
Hello, emorrell! This is such a frustrating disease, isn't it? Long term, it seems like we have better luck with the biologics, laser treatments, and spot surgeries with the extra stubborn areas. It seems like we have to hit HS with a really wave of treatments sometimes and antibiotics just don't do anything, at least with what I have had to do.
