Hi Kotyora! Thank you for posting this! Apple cider vinegar is a great home remedy, another natural anti-bacterial that is readily available and inexpensive. I have tried it myself previously because of adult acne - and had to hold back my tears, that vinegar can be strong! The article from the NIH I am including in here talks about how apple cider vinegar becomes more important as we have more microbes that are antibiotic-resistant. Our HS lesions have a wide variety of bacteria and it's good to have options when trying to treat the lesions.
