Hello ShareShew! We know that HS is definitely affected by hormone fluctuations, and the fact that you are dealing with PMDD on top of HS has just got to be agony. I know that when I have lesions that are out of control I want them taken care of within an hour, not a week or more, so not having that availability feels like another mountain to climb. I'm going to pass along a resource to you that has helped many, many people, and it's a site that was built by a friend of mine. She was frustrated because she couldn't find help in one place, so she decided to put it all together herself. It's a lot of info, but click on everything! And if we can be of any assistance, we are always here to help. By the way, I don't know if you know about graduate programs in colleges offering free or very low cost counseling sessions to members of their communities, in many cities all across the U.S.. It's good practice for the grad students. Here is the website for the resources: www.howtogeton.wordpress.com
