is this hs on the face?
is this normal acne scars or hs? scars are extremely deep and lasers have not helped. im considering a fat transfer as suggested by the plastic surgeon.

Also off topic, ive learn to manage hs and was eating right for a long time, 4 days back ate asian at a fine dining place and now i feel something big is starting in the groin area 🙁 vicks has helped but wtf man this hs strikes from anywhere anytime. 
Deep scars could indicate HS rather than acne. Fat transfer is a valid option if lasers haven't worked. For HS flare ups, even small dietary changes can trigger it.

! Unfortunately, we are not doctors and can not diagnose or make medical recommendations. Have you been able to ask your dermatologist about whether or not the scars look like they could be from HS?
Also, I'm sorry to hear that after your recent dining experience something big is developing in your groin area. It certainly sounds frustrating to be developing a potential flare after having so many years of managing your HS. I hope that the Vicks continues to help and you're able to keep it from getting worse, but obviously don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor if necessary.
Can I ask what type of dietary changes you've found helpful when managing your HS symptoms?
