Hello Kotyora,
Thank you for posting this! I know a lot of HS patients like to address their lesions by looking for products that are natural instead of using medicines prescribed by doctors, but we always advise to check with doctors first before starting anything new on our lesions. Coconut oil and tea tree oil are favorites here! Many people don't know specifically how coconut oil is good for us, but it has been studied and confirmed to be anti-inflammatory, analgesic (which means it helps with pain), and antipyretic (which means it helps with heat or fever) - but those features are found when it's virgin coconut oil, meaning it has been processed using no heat. This is a study from the NIH regarding the properties of virgin coconut oil. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20645831/) Tea tree oil is also antibacterial and so when you use it in this mixture, it's also going to go after the bacteria in the lesions. We do have to be careful about tea tree oil because it can be irritating and cause redness or a burning sensation, so don't add too much to the mixture - more is not better. Also, we have to be careful about saying this will cure HS because there is no known cure for HS. However, this may give someone who is having a difficult time with some HS lesions a great treatment!
