What scrubbers do you use when taking a shower?

Thanks so much for reaching out, ! I hope that you can get some helpful feedback from the community here. I've done a quick search on our site, and I did find this article about showering tips, https://hsdisease.com/living/showering, but it unfortunately doesn't include the type of scrubber the author might use. Would you feel comfortable lathering soap on your hands and using them for taking a shower? It's just a thought as I know a lot of loofas and even washcloths can be irritating on the skin, especially during a flare. Sometimes it can be a lot of trial and error to find what works for you, but hopefully the community here can also provide you with some of their tips or favorites for scrubbing in the shower.
