Finding a way

I am so sorry to hear that you've been dealing with, and trying to manage, HS for over two years, ! It really can be such a challenging condition to be living with and to be able to find relief. You certainly deserve to be feeling relief from the pain and discomfort and get some healing. Are you working with a dermatologist?
