Hidrawear

Hey! I'm finally able to get hidrawear ordered but having trouble knowing what size to get. I'm between a size 20 to 24 but not sure if there's anyone else here who has the underwear/unisex shirts could help with sizing?

Did they come up too small/big?
Are they comfortable?
Recommend wearing to bed?
Do you only wear if you have a flare etc
