HS, Mental Health and Cancer

I have had HS most my life I am 36 now and in a forensic hospital at the moment I believe I am misunderstood, I have had about 6 operations under the knife, over 10 incisions including a debridement down below. I have found it lonely and difficult but I'm reaching out. Should i get checked out for cancer and how do I stop the infection. Help! Id love to connect with others.
